BRIEF 001 · out now · NI public-service workflows
The NI Executive has published its draft AI Strategy. Table 2 of it lists the public-service workflows where AI could actually land: health, education, infrastructure, justice, environment, communities. They are consulting for eight weeks. We are giving you one week.
Pick a workflow. Dig into it. Build it, prototype it, or just come and tell us where the current one breaks. Then put it on screen at Ormeau Labs and make it run. Ten minutes. No slides.
All seventeen workflows from Table 2 are written into the brief itself, so there is no PDF to open and no page 36 to scroll to.
